We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@sewannabutton.com with details of the product and the defect.

Items are handcrafted at time of order. While we strive to get things produced in a timely manner but sometimes there are delays (such as material or supply shipments). Shipping delays are something we can not control. Once a package is shipped out we are unable to anticipate possible shipping delays. You may always request a different shipping option to better suit your time frame. This may result in additional shipping cost.
